Returning Student 2025 Form

Please fill out the following form to confirm that your child will be re-registering for the upcoming school year.

*The payment first payment for the new session will be taken within 7 business days of you submitting the form. If you are planning to make alternative payments, please alert the Khalsa School Office before hand.

*Fees: The application fee for the Khalsa School is $50. There is a $10 discount for siblings. This fee is to cover the reading material and supplies that we order for each child, and is separate from the monthly tuition.

The fee for Gurmat Camp is $50. There is a $10 discount for siblings.
